And key to upholding that philosophy is to be upfront and to never over-promise.  We won’t promise you the world to get you in the door only for you to find out that we never should have guaranteed your request in the first place.  By the same token, if we tell you we can do it, you’ll never have to worry about your request getting “lost in the shuffle.”

Our contracts are simple and straightforward.  If we tell you your groups’ rooms will be ready by a certain hour, they will be.  And no one else’s group ever has more priority or privilege than yours.

That’s because we protect your group’s block by requiring from all our group coordinators accurate estimates of room usage.  We don’t run you around or fill you up with false assurances or sweet deceits.
