The St. Charles Place stands as the anchor of the Park Place Hotel's conference center, and with good reason. With its three entry-ways, tasteful appointments, and thoughtful use of space, the room provides a sense of easy flow and unconstrained seating while simultaneously satisfying the demand for both configuration options and worry-free planning.
This is easily the hotel's most versatile space, able to accommodate a variety of both traditional and imaginative configurations. Whether your needs call for trainees seated classroom style, face-to-face interactions across a hollow conference square, company officers meeting in an open-U, video presentations given theater style, or small group sessions at banquet rounds, St. Charles Place is ideal for hosting group gatherings of up to 80 guests.
As the Park Place's largest meeting space, St. Charles Place provides a spacious unconfined environment for these mid-sized meetings. Totaling 1235 sq ft and measuring 50.5' x 24.5', St. Charles Place can be used as one continuous space or divided in half for smaller break out needs. Through a strategic placement of alcoves and countertops in the room's corners, St. Charles Place's space functionality is further maximized - the need for materials tables is minimized while their place when used remains convenient yet outside the main setup. Additionally, of course, the room features our space-saving, integrated, "push-of-a-button" A/V package.
Taking some of the sting out of meeting planning is one of our goals at the Park Place. St. Charles Place is our conference center's "big step" towards achieving that goal.
